Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Innovation Shipping Containers, we are committed to providing reliable, professional delivery services for all shipping container purchases. Due to the size and weight of our products, delivery procedures differ significantly from standard parcel shipping. Please review the information below carefully.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide delivery throughout most regions within the United States. Delivery availability may vary depending on accessibility, rural restrictions, and transportation routes. Customers in remote or restricted-access areas may incur additional transportation charges.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timelines range from 3–10 business days after full payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation scheduling
  • Driver availability
  • State and local regulations
  • Unexpected logistical delays

Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm scheduling details.

3. Delivery Method

Shipping containers are delivered using tilt-bed trucks or flatbed trailers depending on container size and site conditions. Containers are typically offloaded by:

  • Tilt-bed roll-off placement
  • Crane services (if required)
  • Customer-arranged equipment (if approved in advance)

4. Site Preparation Requirements

Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery site meets all access and safety requirements, including:

  • Level, stable ground capable of supporting heavy equipment
  • Minimum 12–14 feet width clearance
  • Minimum 14 feet vertical clearance (no low wires or branches)
  • Clear, unobstructed path for truck entry and exit
  • No underground utilities in placement area

If delivery cannot be completed due to improper site conditions, additional redelivery fees may apply.

5. Delivery Inspection

Customer or authorized representative must be present at time of delivery. Upon placement, customer must inspect the container and confirm acceptance.

Once delivery is completed and the driver departs:

  • All risk transfers to the Buyer
  • Placement location is final
  • Relocation services will incur additional fees

6. Surface & Property Responsibility

Delivery vehicles are heavy-duty commercial trucks. Innovation Shipping Containers is not responsible for:

  • Driveway cracking
  • Concrete or asphalt damage
  • Landscaping damage
  • Soil compression
  • Utility line damage

Buyer assumes full responsibility for site-related risks.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Inadequate access
  • Unsafe terrain
  • Customer absence
  • Permit restrictions

Customer will be responsible for additional transportation and rescheduling fees.

8. Weather Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, road closures, or unsafe transport conditions. We prioritize driver and property safety above scheduling speed.

9. Title & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to Buyer immediately upon successful delivery and placement of the container at the agreed location.

10. Delivery Acceptance

By purchasing from Innovation Shipping Containers, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
